“ Friendly Service, Slow Kitchen I would rate Sandro in Palma de Mallorca as a solid medium-high experience overall. The food was good, and the service was friendly and attentive. However, the 30-minute wait for the main course felt too long and affected the flow of the evening. The ambiance was average — nothing particularly special, but comfortable enough. A nice place, but the timing could definitely be improved. ”

“ Update: still great, underrated and quality Italian no frills but authentic Italian cuisine. Just ate here a few days ago for dinner again. This place should get more 5 star reviews! Authentic Italian cuisine, perfect Al dente pasta, the ragú Morgan freeman was raving about, truly deserved it- among other pasta dishes that were exceptional as well! From the fresh truffle pasta, real Italian carbonara and the pork cheek dish! Plus we loved the tiramisu and Nutella desserts. Service was great, we were well attended, the waiter (Juan) was professional and on top of his game even when he was alone. Then the chef (Sandro) also attended to the customers. This restaurant offered a kiddie meal (menu infantil) that was a good portion for a child and same quality and choices from the menu just child friendly portion with a good price. We were 2 adults and 2 kids, child friendly too. I can’t complain. Price super good, this place is will be a favorite! ”

Best Italian food I’ve had outside of Italy (could even rival food I’ve had in Italy). Servers were so nice and helpful. Ask for the spicy olive oil for your pizza. Be sure to get the tagliatelle bolognese. ”

Food is out of this world - the best we had this stay. We had three courses, and all of them were plentiful and delicious. Real Italian home cooking.
